The Fake Mormon Race Apology w/ Jon Streeter [Mormonism Live 188]

We sit down with Jon Streeter to revisit his “Race Apology” in 2018. The apology had the appearance of being officially from the Church even though it wasn’t and Streeter took a lot of criticism for the fake apology. Now 6 years later Streeter sits down to explain his thoughts both then and now and to discuss various aspects of the project and its aftermath

  1. I used to listen to and watch Mormon Stories Podcasts all the time Some time has lapsed since I last did that and now I don’t even know how to find the library of Podcasts. CAN someone help me?

    my phone number (513) 526-4665

  2. “Disavow”
I keep hearing this word over and over again, and I don’t think it means what the church leaders think what it means:
Disavow: deny any responsibility or support for.

So, the church denies any responsibility or support for racism in the past or present. This lines up with the “we never give apologies” statement…
